RISE collaborates with other ISU faculty and staff to assess interest in and effectiveness of wellness programming and benefits at ISU. RISE recently worked with Greg Welk (Kinesiology), Sally Barclay (Nutrition Clinic at the Nutrition and Wellness Research Center), and the ISU Human Resources and Benefits office to develop and conduct a survey of faculty and staff interests and preferences in wellness programming, recreational facilities, and possibilities for reducing health care costs. RISE also worked with Welk and Barclay to develop and administer follow-up surveys to participants in Pedometer Challenge programs.
