Evaluation of E-government Services on the Aging and Disability Resource Centers in the U.S. and the other relevant Websites from the other Countries
|
Funded by the IBM Center for the Business of Government, the project’s purpose is to evaluate the availability and operation of Web-based information and referral resources for the U.S. Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) initiative in the 43 participating states. ADRC serves as a virtual source of information for services and service providers to satisfy the needs of the elderly and disabled population. RISE’s role is to compare and report the progress, performance, and accountability of Web-based services provided by the U.S. ADRC to the information and services provided in other countries’ equivalent online sources, to assist in plans for long-term care, retirement, and family-based care.
