Evaluation of Wealth from the Wind

The Wealth from the Wind project has been funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation since 2002. Its purpose is to inform public policy about wind energy by informing state legislators and supporting community-based energy development. RISE�s role in this project has been as the evaluator. We are currently in the third two-year phase of the project and of the evaluation.
