Prairie Lakes AEA Integrated Systems Service Model Evaluation

The Research Institute for Studies in Education has contracted with Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency beginning November 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 to conduct the following evaluation:

Evaluation will be formative and process oriented. The primary purpose of the evaluation will be to provide data and interpretation to respond to the two primary questions posed in the RFP:

1. How has the work of staff been changed as a result of the implementation of the integrated systems service model (ISSM)?
2. How have services to local schools been impacted by the implementation of the ISSM?

The evaluation will examine strengths and weaknesses of the model and assist in planning for adjustments that will strengthen the delivery of services to Prairie Lake AEA schools.
