Kevin's research focuses on the public role of higher education in society and specifically undergraduate student outcomes. He investigates civic engagement, campus climates, and leadership employing predominantly quantitative approaches and a developmental perspective.
Originally from Austin, TX, Kevin has experience working in higher education, predominantly in student affairs. Kevin has experience in multiple areas of higher education working with community engagement programs, service-learning, leadership education, and new student orientation. Additionally Kevin has served as an AmeriCorps VISTA working to connect undergraduate students with their local community.
